We don’t accept returns, but if any of your items are damaged or missing please contact us and we’ll gladly replace it.
If we have already shipped your order we cannot offer you a refund for that order.
If you’ve cancelled your single-quarter or multi-quarter plan and would like a refund for an order you’ve already paid for but that has not yet already shipped, contact us and we can help you with that.
Unfortunately, due to the provision of discounts and bonus items we are not able to issue refunds on multi-quarter plans once one or more boxes have shipped. You can cancel at any time to prevent from being billed again, though (you will continue to receive all shipments for which you’ve already paid).
